Products for which sufficient proof of purchase is not provided.
Items that have exceeded their warranty period.
Issues unrelated to quality that appear after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Free products that are not covered by warranty.
Repairs performed by third parties not affiliated with the company.
Damage caused by external sources unrelated to product manufacturing.
Damages resulting from improper use of the product (including, but not limited to, falls, extreme temperatures, water damage, improper device operation).
Natural color change of the product, corrosion, or wear that occurs during its period of use.
